Thad Schurter

Thad Schurter is a Partner with Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP (www.dsvlaw.com), a construction-focused law firm in Carmel, IN. His practice is devoted to construction law and professional liability. He represents owners, contractors, and design professionals in complex and commercial disputes and counsels clients in risk management. He worked in the construction industry for 10 years before becoming an attorney. Thad is a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law, the Construction Specifications Institute, and a former Chair of the Construction Law Section of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana.
