Rachel Hudson
Rachel Hudson works within HR as a Performance Success Manager at BKD CPAs & Advisors located in Rogers, AR. In her role, she manages the firm’s performance management, engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Rachel has more than 14 years of progressive experience in HR, including talent management and organizational development. Her work in redesigning BKD’s performance and engagement programs was recognized with awards from the Brandon Hall Group and Quantum Workplace.
Rachel holds certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management, the HR Certification Institute, and the Human Capital Institute. She has a BS degree in Marketing from Missouri State University.
