Pamela Hepburn

Pam Hepburn, CCIFP, is the CFO of OCP Contractors, Inc., a mid-sized metal framing and interior finishes contractor serving Ohio and neighboring states.

In her current role as CFO, she has responsibility for finance and accounting, the company’s IT environment, risk management, contract negotiation and is involved in the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan. Pam has more than 28 years of construction accounting and related industry experience.

Pam has been a member of the NW Ohio CFMA Chapter since 1997. At the association level, she serves on the Executive Committee and several task forces. Her past participation has included committee member, committee chair, ICCIFP trustee, local chapter board member, chapter vice president, and chapter president.
