Olga Alemany is Manager in RSM US LLP’s technology and management consulting practice located in Boston, MA. Olga has over eight years of experience in finance and accounting operations and has a focus on growing client relationships. Olga focuses on working with the office of the CFO helping to define finance and IT strategy, understanding financial systems and how they support finance and accounting operations, as well as identifying overall business process improvement opportunities and proposed solutions.

Olga’s experience includes project and program management, business process design and implementation, software evaluation and selection, and implementation of various enterprise applications (including ERP, CPM, HRIS, and CRM).
