Michelle Eastman

Michelle Eastman began her role as Chief Financial Officer of North Mechanical Contracting, Inc. and North Mechanical Services, Inc. in August, 2014. Her role with North Mechanical includes the oversight and management of all accounting and finance functions. Previously, Eastman was Controller for Charles C. Brandt Construction Co. of Indianapolis, Indiana for eight years. In total, Eastman has over twenty years of experience in the construction accounting industry, encompassing the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with an accounting degree. She has been an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) since 2004 where she previously served as the Central Indiana Chapter President and for which she continues to serve as an advisor on the chapter’s Board of Directors. Eastman also serves CFMA nationally as a member of the executive committee, a member of the finance committee, and as chair of the Chapter Resource Committee as well as serving on national strategic initiative task forces.
