Melissa Uribes

Melissa Uribes is Vice President, Talent and DEI, at Trimble, where she has spent eight years leading people strategies as part of the People eXperience team. In her current role, she leads Trimble’s Talent attraction, engagement, and development teams as well as the company's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Core Team, which is focused on executing initiatives and actions for a multi-year DEI strategy.
