Kyle Woody
Kyle Woody is the Founder & Executive Director of Jack's Caregiver Coalition in Minnesota. He believes that one of the biggest and most important challenges a guy can face in his lifetime is engaging as a caregiver for a loved one with a catastrophic illness. Kyle also believes that every guy has the potential to rise to that challenge and bring to it his boldest and most confident self. Reflecting on his experience as a primary caregiver for his spouse with metastatic colon cancer Kyle realized many of the same principles of excellence, leadership, and teamwork that he preached in his professional career should have been applied at home in his caregiver role. In 2014 Kyle co-founded and became executive director of Jack's Caregiver Coalition an organization improving the way guys think, feel, and act through every phase of their caregiving journey.
For 4 years Kyle was the Lead Champion at Kraus Anderson in the Greater Minneapolis area responsible for the development of a Lean Culture at Kraus-Anderson.
