Kevin Shelton is the President of C-Hawkk Construction Inc. in Eudora, KS, a leading traffic control and pavement marking contractor in metro Kansas City. Kevin is a leader in the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA). He is the current chair of the ATSS Foundation, which oversees the fundraising and scholarship campaigns promoting the National Work Zone Memorial.
