Kevin Booth
As our Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Booth guides our organization’s controllers and division managers through weekly and monthly meetings; coordinates monthly fiscal audit reports, and handles all insurance matters and banking relations. In addition, Kevin oversees our legal, IT, human resources, benefits and marketing departments, and manages all other entities affiliated with WestCor Companies. He also holds a brokers license, and is responsible for the purchase and sale of all real estate properties and investments transacted through WestCor Companies.
Kevin holds a degree in accounting, and has also studied architecture and computer science. After gaining experience in the computer industry and then as a controller in the hospitality industry, Kevin joined WestCor Companies as a controller. Today, Kevin is an active member and supporter of numerous industry organizations, including the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® (GLVAR), Commercial Alliance of Las Vegas (CALV), Commercial Marketing Group (CMG), Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), Associated General Contractors (AGC), Southern Nevada Home Builders Association (SNHBA), and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). Kevin has held a real estate license since 1994, and is currently pursuing his Member, Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation, regarded as the top-level achievement for professionals in new home marketing.
