Jeffrey Ammon

Jeffrey recently retired from active practice as an Attorney with Miller Johnson (millerjohnson.com) in Grand Rapids, MI, where he devoted a significant portion of his practice to the construction industry. He previously represented contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and owners on construction contracts, liens, and a range of related business and real estate subjects. Jeff has been a frequent presenter for CFMA on construction law subjects. He designed and frequently presented CFMA’s “Contracts 101” course, most recently in January 2022. He also helped design and present CFMA’s “Advanced Contracts” course and co-presented it most recently in February 2022. He has been a longtime member of CFMA’s Western Michigan Chapter.
