Jake Appelman

JAKE APPELMAN is a Principal & Senior Consultant at FMI’s Center for Strategic Leadership in its Denver, CO office. He partners with architecture, engineering, and construction organizations to develop exceptional leadership.

In his role as director of FMI’s Executive Coaching Practice, Jake helps leaders achieve their personal and organizational goals. He also works with companies in implementing cultural and strategic change. His areas of expertise include organizational development, training, strategic HR management, executive coaching, and statistical analysis.

Jake holds an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado. He also has professional training in executive coaching through Newfield Network.
