Hope Voigt

Hope Voigt, CPA, CCIFP, is COO at Tweet/Garot Mechanical and is responsible for operational performance, developing leaders and teams, and overseeing process development. She is also responsible for strategic implementation, including the creation of the strategic plan, as well as setting and measuring quarterly and annual goals. Hope’s experience, knowledge, and business acumen are key to providing exemplary mechanical contracting and engineering services to customers.

Hope is Director and Former President of CFMA’s Fox Valley Chapter. At the national level, she is involved in the Education Steering Committee and the Publications Advisory Committee. Her other industry-relevant affiliations include being a member of the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. She is also a Trustee for the Local 400 401k Fund, Local 400 Pension Fund. Hope received her BS in Accounting and Business from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and her MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
