Gina Vitiello

Gina represents clients in the construction and renewable energy industries. She provides general legal advice with respect to day-to-day operational legal matters and risk management issues that typically arise for owners, designers, contractors, and suppliers. Gina also represents clients in all types of project-specific legal matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts related to the development, design, construction, improvement, and operation of buildings. She am also experienced in handling large, complex litigation matters including those involving delay and impact damages, as well as design and construction defect issues.

One of the best ways that Gina provides value to her clients is by helping them avoid or settle disputes before litigation begins. But, when litigation or arbitration is unavoidable, she helps clients set reasonable expectations and goals for each case, and works with them to achieve those goals as efficiently as possible.

Gina is a LEED AP and counsels clients, writes articles, and gives presentations about "green building" and renewable energy risks and legal issues. She also advises public agencies in the procurement and negotiation of and energy savings performance contracts and facilities management agreements.
