David James

David James, CPA, CCIFP, is former CFO for FNF Construction, Inc., a heavy highway contractor, in Tempe, AZ. He brings over 45 years of financial and corporate experience in the construction industry. David is the recipient of CFMA’s Debra Hahn Memorial Association and Joe Quigley Memorial Chapter Awards and was presented the Valley of the Sun Presidents Award in 2015. In 2019, he received CFMA’s Danny B. Parish Outstanding Leadership Award.

In 2016, David became active in suicide prevention and was appointed to the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention. He currently serves as the Chairman of CFMA’s Suicide Prevention Committee and also serves on the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention, a 501(c)3 dedicated to suicide prevention awareness, education, and providing workplace resources to the construction industry.
