Cindy Bratel

Cindy Bratel is a principal with Baker Tilly, located in the Milwaukee office. She is a leader within the enterprise solutions team and has over 25 years of experience helping clients leverage technology to transform and grow their business. Cindy’s experience includes project management, materials and operations management, ERP software implementation, process improvement, organizational restructuring and information technology. She has served clients in multiple industries including automotive, HVAC, consumer products, recreational equipment, food service manufacturing and not-for-profit organizations. She also serves as the technology leader for Baker Tilly’s Center for the Return of Manufacturing, which guides and directly assists manufacturing companies looking to competitively return manufacturing jobs to the US. Prior to her 11 years with Baker Tilly, Cindy led new product development programs for Carrier Corporation and worked in supply chain strategy for Dana Corporation.
