Chris Carlough SMOHIT-SMART MAP Coordinator. International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers (SMART). Chris is a tireless educator and advocate for union members and their families struggling with substance use disorder, suicidal ideations, and other mental health issues. Through the SMART MAP program, SMOHIT is building networks of compassionate union members, mental health professionals and others who offer life changing support and guidance to union members and their families.
