Bob Black

As Multi-Industry Division Vice President, Bob Black leads sales and application consultants in delivering Acumatica ERP software, services, and support to companies in the Construction, Distribution and Manufacturing industries. Bob leads a team of IT professionals in delivering next generation ERP software including Acumatica Construction Edition, Acumatica Cloud ERP for Distribution, Manufacturing and eCommerce, as well as Acumatica support to growing mid-market companies. He is responsible for managing and maintaining vendor relationships, employee on-boarding and training, and practice sales and service growth. Under Bob’s leadership, the Multi-Industry Division has grown into one of Aktion’s most profitable divisions. In the Acumatica partner ecosystem, Aktion and Bob’s team are consistently ranked year after year as one of the largest and most successful Acumatica partners in North America. In 2021, Aktion was recognized at Acumatica Summit for its success and was named the Acumatica Construction Partner of the Year. Prior to being named vice president, Bob served as Practice Manager for both Infor A+ and Acumatica. He led the services team for both solutions and helped grow both practices. Before joining Aktion in 2006, Bob was president of Piranha Hose Products and Aktion customer. Bob attended the University of Cincinnati where he studied Civil Engineering.
