Bill Cerney, CPA, CCIFP, is a Principal of Gibson and part of the Construction and Surety bonding practice (www.thegibsonedge.com). Prior to joining Gibson, Bill worked in public accounting where he focused on construction accounting and consulting. His over 20 years of construction-specific knowledge and expertise compliments Gibson’s construction team and brings value to all types and sizes of contractors in the areas of surety and risk management. Bill is involved locally and nationally in various construction industry groups.
