Anthony Hakes

Anthony M. Hakes, CPA, CGMA, CCIFP, is Managing Director and Shareholder at CBIZ & Mayer Hoffman McCann PC in Phoenix, AZ. He also leads the firm’s Construction Industry Practice Group and serves as the Attest Practice Leader for the Phoenix office. Tony has served GCs, heavy/civil contractors, engineering firms, landscape architectural/land planning firms, home builders, and real estate developers. He is a member of CFMA’s Emerging Issues Committee, past Chairman of the Revenue Recognition Subcommittee, and was a key contributor to CFMA’s Revenue Recognition Implementation Guide. He is a graduate of Iowa State University with a BBA in Accounting.
