This is a combined event with the Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts chapters of CFMA. Registration is being done through the New Hampshire website while the Maine website is "under construction"
This 60-minute session will discuss key trends and divergent findings from the 2020 Financial Benchmarker with aggregate results of more than 1,450 construction companies. This session will cover key leverage, efficiency, liquidity, and profitability ratios. Discover the KPIs most relevant to contractors, and learn how this data impacts your operations and overall company. Learn how the Financial Benchmarker’s suite of products can improve your company’s financial forecasting.
Level and Prerequisites
This is a Group-Live program at the Overview level. No prerequisites are required, but some knowledge of financial statements and key ratios is helpful.

Linda Roberts CPA, CCIFP - Prosci(r) CCP | Principal
Berry Dunn
Linda has been involved in CFMA since 2007. Linda serves the Maine Chapter as an officer and past committee member and the MA Chapter as a past Scholarship Committee member. Linda also currently serves CFMA National as a member of the Emerging Issues Committee and was a member of ICCIFP's Application and Eligibility Committee. She joined BerryDunn in 1988 and earned her CCIFP credential in 2010. Linda's love for the construction industry helped guide her all the way through her career at BerryDunn and she now serves as the firm's Construction Practice Leader. "As a CPA serving construction clients, I highly value the network formed and the access CFMA provides as a member not only to construction companies' finance professionals but also to sureties, bonding agents, lenders, software representatives, and others also serving the industry. Joe Burkett, CCIFP - Chief Financial Officer, Cafco Construction Management LLC
Joe is the Chief Financial Officer of Cafco Construction Management LLC and has more than 30 years of experience in construction financial management. Cafco is a ‘small’ company with 35 employees, and Joe is responsible for managing not only the Accounting and Finance function, but contract/legal matters, as well as the HR and IT, functions. Joe has a BS in Accounting from Babson College.
Joe has been a member of the Massachusetts chapter of CFMA since 1991 and served in all officer roles at the chapter level. Joe has served nationally on the Leadership Committee, served on and chaired the Conference Planning Committee, the Education Steering Committee, Finance Committee, and the Investment Committee, and was a member of the CEO Search Committee. Joe was selected to receive the Joe Quigley Award in 2006, and the Debra Hahn Award in 2018. He also served for three years on the Executive Committee, as well as National Treasurer, Vice-Chair, and is a Past National Chairman.
