Why Should You Attend?

This presentation will discuss recent developments in state and federal law, as well as strategies for the myriad of legal and safety risks that have emerged with the widespread legalization of marijuana.

We will discuss workplace accommodations, discrimination risks, substance abuse policies, and safety-sensitive positions.
