Doug Malin

Managing Director, Head, External Partnerships, Workforce Development & Enterprise Security Education

Joining BMO in March of 2019 Doug’s responsibilities include the FCU Training Academy, Enterprise Security Education, External Partnerships, and Technology Innovation. Doug works with external partners in the financial industry and government agencies to ensure solid relationships and open lines of communication allowing BMO to be as engaged and aware as possible.

Previously, Doug was a Senior Vice President at Citigroup in their Global Cyber Security program where he served as the Global Compliance and Standardization Lead helping to build out four global cyber security fusion centers; the first of a kind in the financial sector. He is a retired US Navy Officer and Pilot who has extensive experience in both the government and commercial sectors where he has led many highly technical, diverse, cross functional teams for large, global organizations as well as smaller more focused start-ups.

 John Galluzzo

Director of Fusion Center Operations and Engagements

John Galluzzo is a Director and Head of the Fusion Center Operations and Engagements team within BMO’s Financial Crimes Unit.

Joining BMO in July of 2019, John is responsible for integrating information security, enterprise fraud management, physical security, and crisis management into one cohesive team setting a new benchmark for the banking industry by creating a 21st-century model for global security.

Previously, John was a Senior Vice President and Head of the Cyber Security Functions and Engagements and the Data Derived Intelligence teams at Citi, where he successfully built and developed cyber security fusion centers in New York, New Jersey, Budapest, and Singapore.

Prior to Citi, John spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs with various roles within Information Security, including heading the North American surveillance and data loss protection program.

A native of Boston, Massachusetts, John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Finance from Northeastern University.
