Q: What’s your guilty pleasure?

A: My guilty pleasure is reading romance books.

Q: What was your first job?

A: My first job was at Starbucks.

Q: What do you do to unwind from work?

A: I drink wine or champagne to unwind from work.

Q: Do you have children?

A: I have two boys.

Q: What energizes you at work?

A: Completing large projects energizes me at work.

Q: What have you learned about being a leader?

A: I have learned that being a leader means you have to be OK with others taking credit for your work. Never back down from training someone, even if it is for them to level up above you.

Q: What is something you can never over-invest in?

A: You can never over invest in spending time with your children.

Q: How did you get into accounting?

A: I fell into accounting and found out I was really good at it.

Q: What time did you wake up this morning?

A: This morning I woke up at 6:00 a.m.

Q: What are you reading right now?

A: Right now I am reading “Mentor Leader” by Tony Dungy.
