When we start working with a new business product, tool, or process, we have high hopes for the end results. Sometimes, implementation can take longer than we expected, or maybe we abandon the new way altogether in order to keep up with daily activities. As a result, weeks, months, or even years might slip by before we realize that we haven’t achieved some of the improvements we aspired in the beginning.
