Construction has typically lagged behind most other industries in the adoption of technology, but there is an enormous amount of investment, innovation, and options bubbling up in the construction space.

Are these solutions solving problems that actually need solving, though? Or, are tech companies spending time developing software to solve “shiny object” problems that are either not today’s problems, or are only the problems of the few biggest players in the construction landscape?
