Princeton, NJ — The Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) is transforming the 2020 Annual Conference & Exhibition from an in-person conference into a virtual one, due to the risks associated with COVID-19. CFMA will present a condensed, live, online conference experience from June 22-26, 2020.

"We are excited to announce CFMA’s first-ever Virtual Conference. It is times like these when our members need us the most and we want to do everything possible to help them adjust to these unprecedented and rapidly changing times. As with our Annual Conference, we will provide outstanding education and create a forum where attendees can ask questions and collaborate," said Kevin Booth, CFMA’s 2020-21 Chairman.

The weeklong Virtual Conference will consist of more than 20 hours of live and pre-recorded programming, including two general sessions, 16 breakout sessions, construction technology forums, and roundtable discussions.

The Virtual Conference will cover a variety of topics, such as:

  • Impact of COVID-19
  • CARES Act
  • Economic Update
  • 2020 Tax Update
  • Cash Flow
  • Continuity Planning
  • Cybersecurity
  • Leadership
  • Heavy/Highway
  • Specialty Trade

Attendees have the opportunity to earn up to 26.5 CPE credits by watching the sessions live or on-demand, as long as the session is viewed by September 30, 2020. Attendees will also have on-demand access to recorded sessions indefinitely; full conference registrants will receive all recorded sessions, while daily registrants will only have access to sessions from the specific day that they attend.

There are several registration options available, including full, daily, and group. Full conference registration is $550 for CFMA members and $700 for non-members. Daily registration (Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday) is $275 for members and $350 for non-members. Groups from the same firm can save on full conference registrations: 2-5 attendees save $50 per registrant and six or more save $75 per registrant. For questions regarding the conference, please contact CFMA’s Conference Department at conferences@cfma.org.
