Are You Relying on Your Network?

As humans, we need support and encouragement even when things are status quo. Small things, like an outreach of personal endearment or someone taking a moment to check on us can go a long way. Now that we all find ourselves in a new normal, this support, encouragement, and outreach is even more important.

There is more happiness in giving than receiving, but what do we do when we find ourselves in a new situation with little to no guidance? How do we advise others? Whether your executive team members, your boss, your coworkers, your colleagues, or your friends, saying "this is all we know right now," can be hard! How many times have you found yourself admitting this throughout this pandemic and while administering the CARES Act?
