RFWs unite the entire organization by encouraging a healthy, safe, and productive work environment where employers, employees, and communities can thrive and eliminate barriers for those impacted by addiction.

Cal Beyer, VP, Workforce Risk and Worker Wellbeing, Holmes Murphy
Cal Beyer is vice president of workforce risk and worker wellbeing for Holmes Murphy. He has been at the forefront of human capital risk management and workplace mental health. He serves on the Executive Committee for the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention, the Lived Experience Advisory Committee for the Suicide Prevention Resource Center, and the Advisory Boards for Goldfinch Health, MindWise Innovations, Youturn Health, Construction Business Owner magazine, and the AGC of America Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Task Force. Cal was instrumental in the launch of the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention in October 2016 and recognized by Engineering News-Record as a Top 25 Newsmaker for 2016.

Jamie Osborne, MPH, CHES®, Public Health Analyst·Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
Jamie C. Osborne, MPH, CHES® is a Public Health Analyst and Certified Health Education Specialist on contract with the Office of the Director at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). As a leading member of the NIOSH Substance Use and Work Coordination Team, Jamie works to develop guidance, recommendations, publications, web material, and other communications products and resources related to the intersection of work and substance use prevention and recovery. She has provided guidance and leadership for the NIOSH effort to define and promote Workplace Supported Recovery, an initiative informed by Total Worker Health® principles and designed to prevent exposure to workplace factors that could cause or perpetuate a substance use disorder while lowering barriers to workers seeking care, receiving care, and maintaining recovery and employment.

Kristina Ewing, Director of Health & Wellbeing Andersen Construction
Kristina Ewing brings a unique approach to the wellbeing space with background experience in retail management and the construction industry. After 12 years leading the Finance Department for Andersen Construction, Kristina proposed and led development of a new holistic design of what is now a robust Health & Wellbeing department. At the forefront of everything Andersen does is their vision statement, to be the “Builder of Choice”, which extends beyond clients to the families they employ. With that guiding each decision, Kristina continues to implement comprehensive award-winning programs that are health-focused, service-oriented, as well as fiscally responsible. Kristina currently serves on several industry-wide committees dedicated to prioritizing physical and mental wellbeing and breaking down the stigma around mental health. In her personal time you are likely to find her working hard to maintain status as the favorite auntie, cheering at a Portland Timbers match, or taking in all the snuggles that her Irish Wolfhound, Rooney, is in the mood to offer.
