James N. Voeller, Esquire

Jim Voeller is an attorney licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas. He began his career as anmember of the staff of the Minneapolis office of Ernst & Whinney. From there, Mr. Voeller worked as an associate with the law firm of Wiese & Cox of Minneapolis before establishing his own private practice in 1983. Throughout his career, Jim has helped families structure their affairs in order to eliminate unnecessary government intervention into their private lives and protect their assets from lawsuits. In the process, he has helped families save millions of dollars in estate taxes and probate costs.

Jim primarily represents individuals and business owners in both business and estate planning matters.

As a contributing author for the widely acclaimed planning book, “WealthCounsel Estate Planning Strategies Collective Wisdom. Proven Techniques”, Mr. Voeller is recognized as an author who has cutting edge ideas and a wealth of practical experience.

Jim earned his juris doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he graduated with honors in 1980. Jim received his undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Mr. Voeller is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of the State of Texas and all other Texas state, county and local courts.
