About this Event

Earn one hour of CPE on June 29th! Brad Tate of Hannis T. Bourgeois will cover the basics and additional considerations of the Employee Retention Credit. He will also discuss eligibility considerations and audit risks for companies for Employee Retention Credits under the provisions of the law, including the revenue test provision, the shutdown order provision, and the supply chain disruption provision. Many consultants are encouraging clients to revisit the Employee Retention Credits and this session will address addressing the eligibility provisions from a wholistic standpoint.

After this session, you will: 

  • Understand the basics of the Employee Retention Credit
  • Understand eligibility complexities beyond the Employee Retention Credit revenue calculation
  • Understand audit risks associated with the Employee Retention Credit
