Brian Black

Brian is in his 10th year as a Consultant and Partner at North Group Consultants. His primary focus at North Group is guiding business owners, their families and their organizations in planning for and executing ownership and leadership transitions. Prior to joining North Group, Brian practiced law in the Central Pennsylvania region, with a focus on business transition planning, and estate and generosity planning for business owners.

 LERON LEHMAN

Leron is in his 2nd year as a Consultant and Partner at North Group Consultants. His primary focus at North Group is to provide leadership to the Business Transition Team and guide business owners, business families and leadership teams supporting their ownership and leadership transition efforts. Prior to joining North Group, Leron served in Executive Leadership roles in the private and non-profit sectors.
