She holds a Bachelor’s in Organizational Communication and a Master’s in Administration and Human Resources from Central Michigan University.  Nancy specializes in people operations, strategic talent management, and gap analysis, helping organizations align their people strategies with business goals.

Previously serving as the Chief People Operations Officer at HR Collaborative, Nancy now brings her expertise to her role as a Strategic HR Consultant, working directly with corporate leadership teams to develop people-centered strategies that drive business success. She believes that fostering organizational effectiveness requires leaders to set clear accountabilities, build trust, and promote transparency; all essential elements for creating engaged teams, aligning employees with company priorities, and ensuring their contributions meaningfully drive the organization’s mission.
