Jon Schildt is the Vice President of Technology & Cyber Practice for Hub International Midwest Limited’s Professional and Executive Risk (ProEx) Group.

Jon joined Hub after co-founding a boutique risk consulting firm and professional liability insurance brokerage.  With additional experience as an underwriter at CNA Insurance, Jon’s unique background allows him to guide clients through coverage in a way that bridges the business owner, sales and underwriting perspectives.

Jon has spoken at industry conferences on the topics of E&O and cyber insurance and helped coach and train others in the space.  He has also been cited in various periodicals and journals regarding proper risk management techniques.  Jon is an active volunteer and has sat on the board of directors for his church and a local private school.

Jon is based in Chicago, has earned an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA from the University of Illinois.
