Todd Stebbins is a Tax Accountant in RubinBrown’s National Tax Office with more than three years of experience in tax. He conducts tax research and develops strategies for existing and potential clients, and performs tax due diligence for M&A transactions. Additionally, he prepares and presents educational series on new and existing tax legislation and guidance. Prior to joining RubinBrown, Todd practiced at a Big 4 firm advising clients with complex partnership structures in a variety of industries including real estate, energy, and financial services as well as clients that were preparing for IPO.

John Zaegel is a Partner in RubinBrown's Tax Services and Construction Services Groups. He has more than ten years of professional tax consulting and compliance experience. John specializes in the construction industry including general contractors, specialty contractors, homebuilders and related businesses. John also services real estate, healthcare and other industries.
