A1: I have two amazing boys, Chase and Logan. They are so much fun and loving, and they are the best part of my life.
Q2: What do you want to be remembered for?
A2: I want to be remembered for being a good, kind person. Someone that is supportive and strives to bring the best out in people.
Q3: How did you get into accounting?
A3: I was always good with numbers and had a passion for business. I was initially a marketing major, but switched to accounting prior to my sophomore year and never looked back.
Q4: What is your favorite part of your job?
A4: The best part of my job and public accounting is the people. Having the ability to collaborate and develop relationships with so many wonderful people is incredibly fun and fulfilling.
Q5: When did you become a CFMA Member?
A5: I officially became a member of CFMA in 2012, which is also when I received my CCIFP designation. I am so proud to be apart of such an incredible organization that does so much for the industry and its members.
Q6: What do you do to unwind from work?
A6: In addition to playing with my boys, I am an avid cyclist. I love all forms of cycling, and when I can't get outside on the bike, I will log miles on the Peloton. My Peloton name is Cowanbunga for any CFMA friends who are on.
Q7: What time did you wake up this morning?
A7: This morning I was up at 5:45 a.m. Generally I will be up and at the gym by 4:30 a.m., but with my 5 year old, sleeping in is no later than 6 a.m.
Q8: What is your favorite holiday to celebrate?
A8: I love celebrating Halloween. My son picks out themed costumes for us, and we go trick-or-treating and to Halloween parties in our costumes. We have been Rubble and Marshall from Paw Patrol, Optimus Prime and BumbleeBee from Transformers, etc. It's just a lot of fun.
Q9: Where did you grow up?
A9: I grew up in and currently live in central New Jersey. Actually on the Jersey Shore. I love being 10 minutes from the beach.
Q10: What is something you can never over-invest in?
A10: You can never over-invest in yourself. You are your own greatest asset, the more you invest in yourself, the more you will get out of yourself.
