Brad Clark
McGriff

Brad Clark joined McGriff Insurance Services in 2007 and co-leads McGriff’s Real Estate and Hospitality (“REH”) vertical. As a leader in the REH vertical, he interfaces with lead underwriters at McGriff’s insurance company partners to develop new products that enable clients to gain increased flexibility with their program design. Brad works with general contractors, developers, owners, and property managers and has placed insurance on projects ranging from small subdivision developments to $500,000,000+ mixed-use facilities. Brad and his team advise their clients on structuring cost-effective insurance programs, and focus on project specific placements such as Controlled Insurance Programs and Builder’s Risk. His team accesses the global marketplace to assist clients with the most efficient transfer of risk while also providing alternative risk solutions for clients that have a strong balance sheet and have a desire to retain a significant portion of their risk. 

Brad holds a Certified Insurance Counselor designation and is active in many national and regional associations, including ULI, NMHC, and AGC. Brad earned a B.S. degree in Economics from Duke University.

 

Daniel Fulcher
Travelers Bond and Specialty Insurance

Daniel Fulcher has 16 years of Surety experience working with businesses ranging from emerging contractors to ENR top 25 clients. As a member of the Construction Services team in RTP he primarily works with companies domiciled in the Carolinas for their Surety needs. He also has a regional underwriting role for the Travelers Project Loss Insurance product covering states from Pennsylvania down to Puerto Rico and throughout the Southeast. In addition to these principal responsibilities Daniel has been involved in many Travelers Construction Services strategic initiatives including the acquisition of the Family Business Institute in 2017 and the formulation of Project Loss Insurance for construction firms which came to market in 2020. Daniel is a graduate of North Carolina State University.

 

Chris Weston
First Citizens Bank

Chris is responsible for heading up First Citizens Bank’s commercial and industrial efforts throughout the Greater Triangle Area.  Focusing on mid-sized operating companies, Chris and his team provide comprehensive commercial banking services and strategic counsel to corporations with annual revenues between $25MM and $500MM.  Drawing on 18 years of commercial banking experience and having been a Wake County resident for over 30 years, Chris has a long track record of success in serving the needs of companies within our community.  When not at work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, golf, and travel.
