Matt Bullock - Matt is with the Indiana Department of Transportation and is project manager for Section 3 of the I-69 Ohio River Crossing. He’s been with INDOT for 9 years. Prior to working in Major Projects, Matt worked on many local projects including the US 41 and Lloyd Expressway pavement replacements.

Mindy Peterson - Mindy is the public involvement direction at Parsons and has worked on several major transportation projects in Kentucky and Indiana. She leads communications and outreach efforts for I-69 ORX and has been involved with the project since 2017.
