Cash is king and managing cash flow is just as important as managing the job. No matter how great a job is running, if the money is not coming in to pay the bills, a contractor can be one job away from disaster. This course covers cash management concepts, from debt management to managing excess cash, from internal controls to cash forecasting.

After completing this session, you will be able to:

• Explain the value of cash flow management.
• Establish and use internal controls.
• Recommend and apply sound cash management techniques.

Level & Prerequisites
This is a group internet-based course at the Basic Level. No prerequisites or advanced preparation is required.

CPE information
Earn 4 CPE credits in the field of Management Services.
CPE can only be earned by attending the live session. CPE is not available by watching the recording.
