Ry Bostrom

Ry Bostrom is a Team Member at DW Companies, LLC, (dwcompanies.com) in Cambridge, MN, where she primarily handles social media, marketing, and events. She helped create the four pillars that DW Companies uses to build team culture in their business and presented about those pillars and the intentional work surrounding culture at DW Companies with her team at CONEXPO-CON/AGG in 2023. With her background in special education and school counseling and the launch of Repurposed Educator, she is using her years of experience in education and professional development and introducing it to the rest of the industry through the launch of Culture Academy in 2024.
