Rose Hall

Rose Hall is Vice President and Head of Construction Innovation at AXA XL in New York, NY. Rose provides leadership in construction innovation via the implementation of business process ecosystems, technology, unique insurance solutions, and enhanced customer service initiatives. Rose has spent more than 20 years in engineering, construction, risk management, and expert witnessing. She is an industry thought leader and AXA XL ambassador and co-founded the AXA XL’s Construction Ecosystem. Rose holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and MS in Civil Engineering: Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University. Rose was awarded Insurance Business America’s Elite Women in Insurance in 2017 and 2020, CLM Professional of the Year in 2019, and PropertyCasualty360 Insurance Innovator Award in 2021.
