Mark Miller is the Founder and Senior Partner at Pendleton Consulting in OTR, Cincinnati, Ohio. A creative strategist, impactful communicator, author and trusted advisor, Mark’s goal is to help leaders and companies improve their performance by creating a better culture and executing their vision, giving them a competitive advantage and improved bottom line.

Mark created the “Here to There Leadership Playbook” and trained thousands of leaders throughout North America to develop into principled leaders. Coaching leaders from the executive level to front line managers, he combines his experience of 15 years of coaching with his ability to bring out the best in leaders to improve their performance and executive presence.

Mark has an M.S. (MBLI) from the Haile School of Business and is a certified professional coach through the International Coaching Federation (CCPC). He lives in Pendleton with his beautiful wife and two artsy daughters who all inspire him daily.
