Matthew Smith is a VP of Retirement Services with USI Consulting Group in Austin, TX. He is responsible for new business development focusing on USI Consulting Group’s Emerging Plan Solutions, helping plan sponsors make informed choices regarding retirement plan design and administration.

Matthew has extensive knowledge of the products and services available in the marketplace and consults on fiduciary coverage, vendor selection, plan design, investments, and employee education. He has extensive experience working exclusively with employer sponsored retirement plans in both the private and public sector.

Matt earned his Bachelor’s degree (2014) and Masters of Accounting (2015) at the University of Vermont. Industry education and designations include: FINRA administered Series 6, 63, 65.
