Jeremy Falendysz, UHY

Jeremy Falendysz is a Director and practice leader of UHY Corporate Finance. Jeremy has extensive Wall Street and middle market investment banking experience, and is a FINRA licensed representative, having earned his Series 7 and Series 63 licenses

Jeff Lafferty, Huntington Bank

Jeff Lafferty has over 20 years of commercial banking experience serving a wide range of businesses and organizations in Southeast Michigan. His current role is Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Leader for Huntington Bank. Jeff previously held various positions at Comerica Bank in its Middle Market Banking, Large Corporate, and Credit Administration divisions. Jeff serves as Trusted Advisor for his clients in diverse industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, and non-profits. Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and MBA from Wayne State University.

Jeff’s community outreach includes youth and senior education through various organizations. Jeff has participated in Pelotonia, the nation’s largest single-day cycling fundraiser, six times completing a 100-mile bike ride raising funds for cancer research. Jeff has coached youth soccer for Rochester Soccer Club for past 5 years.

He lives in Rochester with his wife Andrea and two children.

Will Longsworth, Barton Malow Company

Will Longsworth is Director of Finance for Barton Malow Company, a multi-billion dollar construction services firm. In this role, he leads the firm’s capital allocation and corporate investment efforts with an emphasis on growth and value creation. Prior to joining Barton Malow, he served in a variety of finance and strategy positions with DTE Energy, a Detroit-based diversified energy company. Will began his career as an investment banking analyst with UBS Investment Bank in New York.

Daniel H. Minkus, Clark Hill PC Lazear

Daniel has significant experience as the principal and lead attorney on numerous merger and acquisitions (and divestitures) on behalf of many clients of the firm. His reputation and expertise have been recognized by numerous peer-reviewed sources, and he has successfully negotiated scores of transactions for the firm’s clients. He is praised by clients and professionals for his creative and well-thought solutions to issues presented in the transaction process. Daniel has led deal teams on transactions of all sizes, ranging from those for smaller entrepreneurial business to those of multi-national client. Daniel is also an active member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.
