Todd Nectoux focuses on the resolution of all manner of disputes arising out of commercial and industrial construction projects.  Todd helps clients satisfactorily resolve breach of contract claims, delay and labor impact claims, payment and performance bond claims, construction defect claims, insurance coverage claims, OSHA citations, payment claims and mechanic's lien foreclosures.  Todd also assists clients in drafting and negotiating construction contracts.

Todd is a member of the Construction Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association, the Construction Law Section of the Texas Bar Association, the Construction Law Forum of the American Bar Association, the American Subcontractors Association (ASA), and serves as legal counsel to the Texas Crane Owners Association (TCOA), the Dallas-Ft. Worth Drywall & Acoustical Contractors Association (DACA) and the Texas Construction Association (TCA).  He regularly gives seminars on a variety of construction-related topics.  Todd graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 1998 and from Baylor School of Law in May 2001.  From 2001 to 2004, he primarily represented businesses in insurance defense litigation matters.  He joined Thomas, Feldman & Wilshusen, LLP in February 2004 and was made a partner in 2009.  He is married to Valerie and is dad to Grant (8), Emery (5) and Margot (1).
