Tyler Chancey is a University of Florida graduate who currently serves as the Director of Scarlett Cybersecurity. In his role, he focuses on evaluating and architecting cybersecurity solutions to enhance the security posture of clients' networks. Tyler leads the Scarlett Cybersecurity team in rigorously assessing new security measures for client protection and conducting device and asset monitoring.

Additionally, Tyler acts as a team lead for Scarlett's Cyber Incident Response Team, drawing on his experience as a Security Operations Center Intrusion Analyst at a Fortune 10 company and his specialized training in cyber-incident response. He actively engages with both clients and the internal team to ensure optimal cybersecurity solutions and proactive prevention of cyber-attacks.

Tyler's educational background includes a BS in Computer Science from UF's Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering. He holds certifications such as the GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst (GCFA) issued by the SANS Institute, Security+ certification from CompTIA, and an MS-500 Microsoft Security Administrator certification. He has also completed the 12-Week Dale Carnegie Breakthrough to Success course, focusing on professional and personal communication skills.

With his extensive cybersecurity and incident response expertise, Tyler effectively prevents, detects, and responds to cyber threats on behalf of clients nationwide. 

Derek Lacy is the Senior Commercial Risk Consultant of Bowen, Miclette & Britt Insurance Agency. In this role he is responsible as a client executive, developer of risk management initiatives, implementation of risk transfer plans and overseeing client participation in BMB’s risk management division, which includes claims, legal and loss control. Mr. Lacy has 17 years of experience in the insurance industry and was promoted to join BMB from his previous stint as executive vice president of ISU American Business Insurance of Indianapolis.

When not working Derek usually spends his time with his wife, Emily, and three children (age 1, 8 and 12). He enjoys yearlong outdoor activities that Floida provides. He is very active in his church, charitable activities and, like all Hoosier natives, motorsports and basketball.
