About this Event

Proactive claims management can have a significant positive impact on a company’s Total Cost of Risk over time. Achieving the best possible claims outcomes requires coordination and expertise in claims management at all levels including: the insured, their brokerage, their legal counsel, and their carrier/TPA. Attendees will learn how to assemble, structure, and tailor a claims management team and claims management process to match their unique organization’s needs, as well as, what claims-related best practices they can implement to get improved claims outcomes. This session will focus primarily on workers compensation claims but will also address the most common claims that construction companies face on other lines of coverage.
