As we hear all the time in CFMA, Cash is King! Managing your cash flow is just as important if not more important than managing the job. No matter how great a job is running, if the money is not coming in to pay the bills a contractor can be one job away from disaster. In this course, we review cash management concepts, from debt management to managing excess cash, from internal controls to cash forecasting.

Level & Prerequisites:
This is a group-live program at the Basic Level. No prerequisites or advanced preparation required. A basic understanding of construction accounting & financial management is recommended.
Earn 4.0 CPE credit in the field of Accounting.

CFOs, owners, controllers, & construction financial managers with less than 3 years’ experience in the industry. CPAs and other professionals (Insurance, Surety, Banking, etc.) who need a better understanding of sound cash management principles as they pertain to construction companies.
