Elizabeth Velez is the President of the Velez Organization, a second-generation construction firm started in 1972 by her father, Andrew Velez. To her credit are hundreds of projects which have come to fruition under her direction, including over 600 units of housing made affordable by State and Federal grants in the Bronx and Harlem, and over two hundred billion dollars of significant educational, healthcare, and large-scale projects throughout New York.

Ross Adler is President of Adler Windows. For over 30 years Adler Windows has specialized in NYC window installations, focused on providing the highest level of service and quality to our clients. Spiro Markatos, President, Skyline Restoration Inc, has more than 20 years of construction experience in the greatest city on earth! He has successfully performed hundreds of projects with a vast reference list and many high profile clients. His credentials include an NYU construction management degree, NYC licensed Special Rigger, OSHA certified, NYC DOB approved contractor and much more.

Michael Giaramita leads the strategic direction and oversight of Group PMX, setting the firm’s vision, mission, and culture while staying actively engaged with strategic partnerships, clients, projects, and staff development. A project management industry leader, he has extensive experience involving all aspects of project, program, and construction management for a wide range of building types and infrastructure and has frequently served as an expert witness to clarify complicated construction issues.

Victoria Scala, Ph.D., P.E. is President of Lowy & Donnath Inc. a certified WBE electrical construction firm serving both New York and New Jersey. She began her career as a Project Engineer for the company, before earning her doctorate in engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology researching building performance modeling and measurement with a keen interest in energy efficiency.  Dr. Scala is published and has presented lectures for several societies including the Association of Energy Engineers, American Society for Engineering Education, and the National Society of Professional Engineers.  In addition to continuing the family legacy at Lowy & Donnath, she dedicated herself to educating the next generation of engineers as an Assistant Professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point as well as at Manhattan College.
