Now that the much-anticipated $40M renovation is almost complete, Robins & Morton will be giving Alabama CFMA members a second tour of the Birmingham Trade Towers.

Once complete, the Birmingham Trade Towers will feature:

• A  mix of studio and one-bedroom apartments - spaces average 500 square feet.
• The new residential workforce housing development will have 242 units.
• 15,000 square feet of amenity space on the ground floor, as well as a park in the rear courtyard.
• Around 160 studios and 60 one-bedroom units reserved for tenants making 80% to 120% of the area's median income, according to public records.
• About ten studios and seven one-bedroom market-rate housing units.
